Rodulfo P. Moises, MD, FAAP, attended the Cebu Institute of Medicine in Cebu, Philippines, and received his medical degree in 1976. Then, he served his residency at Chong Hua Hospital in Cebu City, Philippines. Upon relocating to the United States, he conducted his pediatric residency at Lincoln Medical & Mental Health Center. Furthermore, Dr. Moises received board certification in pediatrics from the American Board of Pediatrics. He a member and Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. In addition to his medical degree, he holds an undergraduate degree acquired at the University of San Jose.
