Then, he served his residency at Chong Hua Hospital in Cebu City, Philippines. Upon relocating to the United States, he conducted his pediatric residency at Lincoln Medical & Mental Health Center. Furthermore, Dr. Moises received board certification in pediatrics from the American Board of Pediatrics. He a member and Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
